Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years experience.
• Ability to understand written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Successfully completed required training to be Service Field Tech II.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dealer software (desired).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Disassemble/assemble components per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain and use tools required for job performance.
• Document repairs and repair times in software.
• Monitor job expenses vs repair estimates and report over-runs.
• Train and mentor department staff.
