Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in writing and in person.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Must have completed required training to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service customer or company equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Disassemble/assemble components to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain necessary tools for job performance.
• Document repairs and times using appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses vs. estimates and report variances.
• Mentor others and participate in team training.
