Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a skilled Service Field Technician I to diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment at customer sites or company facilities. You will work with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, adhering to safety policies and documenting repairs in our systems.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license. Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to advance and mentor others within the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5–6 years of experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Completed required training to be designated Service Field Tech I.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer or company equipment per manufacturer's specs.
• Diagnose, disassemble and reassemble components with appropriate tools.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• Document repairs and time spent using the appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses and report any cost overruns to the supervisor.
