Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Service Field Tech II to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and company equipment in a safety‑conscious environment. The role requires hands‑on technical skill, accurate documentation, and active participation in team safety practices.

The technician will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, disassemble and reassemble components to manufacturer specifications, and mentor junior staff while managing costs and quality

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; strong reading and writing communication.
• 3–4 years of experience in a technical field or service role preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and dealer software desired.

Aufgaben

• Conducts repairs and maintenance on customer or company equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Diagnoses issues, disassembles and reassembles components to factory specs, and uses appropriate tools.
• Maintains tools and workspace, documents repairs, and tracks repair times and costs.
• Monitors job costs vs estimates and informs supervisor of any overruns before completion.
• Mentors others in the department and supports team safety and quality standards.
