Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose, repair and service Caterpillar equipment in a safe, efficient manner. You will use mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills to perform repairs and understand manufacturer specifications.

Training and mentorship are encouraged as part of a committed team focused on quality and safety. The role requires leveraging customer and company equipment knowledge, maintaining tools, and documenting work in our systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of experience.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
• Proficient in computer use, MS Office and relevant Dealer software (not required).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Operate safely with proper PPE and follow all safety policies.
• Maintain required tools and documentation of repairs.
• Monitor job costs and communicate overages to supervisor.
• Mentor others and contribute to team goals.
