Job summary

Qualifications

• Theoretical experience in all aspects of electrical design.
• High school diploma/GED with 5 years hands-on electrical/electronics experience; OR degree with 3+ years.
• Must know NEC, safety codes/regulations and QA practices.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel 90-100% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work per order and expectations.
• Displays sense of urgency and care in their area of responsibility.
• Ensures customer retention by delivering superior service and communicating timelines.
• Prepares site work for larger projects and manages subcontractors on site.
• Plans and executes work with a first-time-right approach and adheres to quality standards.
• Travels across the U.S. as required and supports data center services.
• Assists with data collection, reporting, and fleet performance analysis.
