Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 5+ years hands-on electrical/electronics experience.
• Associate degree or trade certification with 3+ years experience in electrical/electronics.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in electrical/electronics.
• High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of equivalent work or military experience servicing critical power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work per customer order.
• Displays urgency and care in their area of responsibility.
• Ensures customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and communicating timelines.
• Plans and prepares site work for larger project teams and manages subcontractors.
• Executes work on a first-time-right basis and meets quality standards.
• Travels 90-100% across the United States; supports data center services.
• Performs PPE usage, safety protocols, and site documentation.
