Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support warranty service for our data center cooling product line across the U.S. You will diagnose, repair, and commission mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites, working with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; HVAC servicing or similar electromechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel ~85% to various job sites for commissioning and warranty work.

Responsibilities

• Commission, repair, and service mechanical and electrical equipment for data center projects.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine tasks, tools, and parts.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining professionalism.
