Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to handle warranty-related service issues for our data center products. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to travel approximately 85% to various job sites.

You will be responsible for commissioning, repairing, and servicing mechanical and electrical equipment while providing superior customer service. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of HVAC or electromechanical experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel ~85% of the time for project work.
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Commission, repair, and service mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Review work orders and blueprints to determine tasks and equipment needed.
• Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual system operation issues.
