ITW Food Equipment Group LLC designs and manufactures commercial food equipment. The Service/Repair Technician II provides on-site installation and repair of equipment for Hobart Service customers, including after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Requires electrical/mechanical experience, EPA HVACR certification eligibility, and willingness to travel. Strong safety, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential for delivering quality service and maintaining equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment
• Knowledge of reading service manuals and schematics
• Experience with basic math, measurements and conversions

Responsabilités

• Install mechanical and electrical commercial food equipment and assist advanced installs
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical commercial food equipment
• Interpret and follow schematic diagrams
• Demonstrate knowledge of operation sequences for multiple modes
• Complete and document preventative maintenance
• Follow Hobart Service safety manuals and programs
• Support branch financial objectives with quality customer experience
• Maintain equipment and product knowledge
• Be responsible for assigned company assets
• Follow safe driving policies
