NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Erie, PA to install, service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory. You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues and work with customers to resolve problems quickly.

Local residency is required, with a valid driver's license and 1+ years of related experience. NCR Atleos provides training and benefits, plus opportunities for growth in a dynamic service

Qualifikationen

• Local candidate to Erie area.
• One (1) or more years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license meeting fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues and communicate with customers professionally.
