Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills
• Ability to perform essential job functions including prolonged travel and rotating/weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements
• Willingness to travel and work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues
• Manage network faults, system access, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues and communicate resolution professionally
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs
