Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory. You will respond to customer needs, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution through hands-on and remote support.

Training is provided to grow skills across a global client base. The role requires local residence in the Quincy, IL area, legal authorization to work in the US, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, using hands, and manipulating objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
