Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment across a defined territory. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, coordinate with customers, and participate in ongoing training to keep systems running smoothly.

This role requires local residency, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed. Training is provided to support growth and a long-term career in frontline customer service.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs.
