NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians in the Salinas area to install, maintain, and repair self-checkout systems and ATMs across a defined territory. You will diagnose issues, manage networking and remote access, and participate in ongoing training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license and suitable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and OS familiarity.
• Willing to travel, rotate weekends and shifts, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service customer sites promptly.
• Service and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems in assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system overhauls.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configurations.
• Manage network faults, access, and remote connectivity.
• Triage customer issues and communicate solutions.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• May be reassigned to adjacent territories.
• Overnight travel as needed with company policy.
