Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a field service technician to install, service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, across a defined territory in the United States. You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, manage remote connectivity, and perform maintenance and system overhauls while maintaining safety and timekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One or more years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA or Network+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage.
