Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, in the St. Louis area. You will perform installations, maintenance, and on-site repairs with a focus on quick, effective resolutions.

The role requires 1+ year of field service experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided; travel may be required to support coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related field service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment (ATMs and self-checkout) within territory.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Triage customer issues and communicate solutions professionally.
• Attend NCR Atleos training and comply with policies.
• Be flexible for overnight travel as needed.
