Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the St. Louis, MO area to deliver on-site service and support for ATM and self-checkout systems. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, triage issues, and collaborate with customers to ensure quick resolution.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of field experience, PC/electronic skills, and the ability to travel as required. NCR Atleos provides training and growth opportunities within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Able to perform essential job functions including prolonged travel, rotating/weekend shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; may travel overnight as needed.
