Job summary

NCR Atleos in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and deliver customer-focused support in a fast-paced retail and banking environment. This role includes hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a benefits package with medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401k, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Veterans and transitioning military with technical experience encouraged to apply.
• Local candidate to the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license and fleet-acceptable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with daily driving expectations.
• Rotating and weekend shifts may be required.
• Ability to lift/carry tools and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Physically able to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit and handle objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system config issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, proactively addressing problems.
• Communicate openly and professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in NCR Atleos training programs.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties aligned with qualifications and needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent territories; travel may be required.
• Overnight travel may be needed to support coverage.
