Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations while maintaining security settings and remote connectivity.

The role requires local eligibility to work in the United States, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with travel, rotating shifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Triage customer issues and communicate resolutions professionally.
• Participate in training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
