Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians in the United States. You will be on the front line serving major retailers and financial institutions, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory.

Training is provided through NCR Atleos with hands-on and virtual classes. Local candidates with PC and basic electronic skills, OS familiarity and a valid driver’s license are encouraged to

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per NCR Atleos requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
