Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, in the North Central, OK region. The role emphasizes strong customer communication, rapid response, and hands-on problem solving.

Training is provided to build skills, with opportunities to grow within a global service team. The position involves travel within the territory and rotating/weekend shifts, supporting major retailers and banks worldwide.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service customer equipment promptly and effectively.
• Service ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repairs and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
