Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians in Cincinnati, OH to install, service, and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems across North America. You will diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations, ensuring quick, reliable resolutions for customers.

You must be locally based, authorized to work in the United States, at least 19, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; NCR Atleos provides hands-on training and a path to a long-term, customer-facing

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Cincinnati area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with travel and rotating/weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines.
