NCR Atleos in Columbus, OH seeks a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and maintain self-service and ATM systems for retail and financial clients. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to field issues with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day and rotating/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines.
