NCR Atleos in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment for retailers and banks. You will work in a defined territory with training provided to build broad technical skills.

The role emphasizes problem solving, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities for travel and hands-on learning through NCR Atleos programs. Candidates should be locally based, 19+, hold a valid driver's license, and be ready to work rotating

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Cincinnati area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines
