Job summary

NCR Atleos Corporation is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. This role requires traveling within an assigned territory and may involve rotating and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Ability to travel long hours with extended driving.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote access.
