Job summary

NCR Atleos in Boston, MA is seeking Field Service Technicians who are technically curious, mechanically inclined, and customer focused. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day and possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values and safety standards.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories; travel may be required.
