Job summary

NCR Atleos Field Services team keeps critical self-service technology running for retailers and banks worldwide. As a Field Service Technician I in Everett, WA, you will install, service, and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems, traveling within an assigned territory to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of related field service experience.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
Ability to perform essential job functions including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged travel.

Responsibilities

Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
