Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician II to service and maintain electromechanical systems across the Boston area. The role emphasizes customer-facing service, issue triage, and hands-on repairs of self-service technology for banks and retailers.

The position offers structured training, advancement opportunities, and full-time benefits. Local candidates, valid US work authorization, and the ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One (1) or more years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including travel, rotating and weekend shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
