Job summary

Human Touch LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support complex equipment and systems across multiple government sites, including Rockville, MD and Washington, DC. You will perform on-site installation, configuration, testing, and hands-on troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of networked environments, Windows 10/11, MacOS and hardware, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of networked environments, operating systems, hardware, MacOS, and network printing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer support activities including installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
• Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and testing to ensure proper functionality
• Diagnose and isolate equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networked environments
• Deliver technical presentations and communicate system capabilities when needed
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
• Serve as a customer-facing representative, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced support environment
