Job summary
Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) invites a Field Service Technician I to service and support client sites in the Duluth area. You will install, repair, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and related devices.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a technical/field service role, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a company vehicle, benefits, and growth opportunities within CPI
Qualifications
- The role requires 1+ years in a technical or field service position.
- Impeccable integrity and the ability to access highly secured environments.
- Strong electromechanical aptitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
- Travel by vehicle to client sites (90%) with some overnight travel (10%).
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs.
- Address service requests within contract response times.
- On-call coverage and extended hours when applicable.
- Maintain and organize vehicle stock of parts and tools.
