Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service coin and currency equipment and related software at client sites across North Omaha, Sioux City, IA, and up to Sioux Falls, SD. You'll join a nationwide field team delivering reliable service.

Daily travel by vehicle (90%), occasional overnight (10%), and hands-on maintenance, upgrades and preventive care for banknote equipment are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service or similar role.
• Impeccable integrity and security-conscious mindset.
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office, and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel by vehicle to client sites (90% daily, 10% overnight) within territory.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs and respond within contract timeframes.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and ensure cleanliness and readiness of tools and assets.
• Perform duties with safety and quality as top priorities.
