Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Richmond, Virginia. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical self-checkout systems, traveling within an assigned territory and supporting major retail customers.

The role offers hourly pay with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, vacation, 401K, and medical insurance. Valid drivers license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Has a valid drivers license and driving record that meets fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• A+ and CompTIA/N+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
