Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, service, and maintain electromechanical self-checkout systems across a designated territory. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure customer equipment operates reliably.

Ideal candidates are locally based in Virginia, hold a valid driver’s license, and can travel as needed. The role offers hourly pay, overtime, and a benefits package with medical insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Locally based in the designated geographic area.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance).
• Rotating and weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively on electromechanical equipment.
• Service self-checkout systems within the assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
