Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our field services team. You will diagnose, install, maintain, and repair electromechanical point-of-sale equipment and related networking hardware across retail locations.

The role requires local geographic availability, a valid US driver’s license, and a willingness to travel. Training is provided to ensure safe operation of equipment and devices, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Local geographic area required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments to service networking equipment such as access points or switches.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
