Crane NXT’s CPI division is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service, repair, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment at client sites in the Jackson/Vicksburg area. You will travel by vehicle, primarily to customer sites, with occasional overnight stays as required, coordinating with branch teams to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working in a technical/field service role or similar technical profession
• Impeccable integrity and reliability
• Ability to access highly secured environments; licenses may be required depending on territory/accounts
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude
• Personable and able to collaborate across levels
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and time-management
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office and Windows OS
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel daily by vehicle to client sites (90%) with overnight travel as needed (10%)
• Coordinate with branch sales and service teams to satisfy client needs
• Address customer service requests within contract response times
• Maintain vehicle stock parts inventory and vehicle cleanliness
• Comply with safety guidelines and protect company assets
