Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver technical knowledge, customer service and professionalism in the field. The role involves performing service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory and explaining repairs to customers in a courteous manner.

We expect the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and adherence to client standards on-site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required; electrical/plumbing/welding helpful.
• General contractor’s license preferred.
• Current valid license and good driving record required.
• HVAC knowledge and licensing as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with client safety standards on-site.
