Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver technical knowledge, excellent customer service, and professionalism at customer sites. You will troubleshoot and service our buildings in the field, supporting HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry repairs within the branch territory.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, clear customer communication, and timely, cost-efficient service. A high school diploma or GED, carpentry skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required; HVAC knowledge helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and complying with client safety standards on-site.
