Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver technical knowledge and exceptional customer service while servicing our buildings in the field. You will join a team focused on providing safe, cost-efficient solutions and timely service to clients across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry issues, explaining repairs clearly to customers, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• HVAC knowledge is helpful; appropriate licenses per law may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow client safety standards on-site.
