Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver technical knowledge and exceptional customer service while servicing our buildings in the field. You will handle HVAC, plumbing and carpentry related calls within the branch territory and communicate repairs clearly to customers.

We value safety, independence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A current license and valid driving record are required to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have carpentry knowledge and experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is helpful.
• General contractor's license is preferred.
• A current valid license and good driving record required.
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC equipment and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing and carpentry within the Branch territory.
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person.
• Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe working habits on-site.
