Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on service tickets. You will deliver outstanding customer service during repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in remodeling or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and access to a Reliable vehicle. This role involves fieldwork, safety adherence, and occasional overtime. You will join a team supporting homeowners with trusted Leaf Home products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable truck, van, or large SUV.
• Functioning laptop, smartphone.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
