Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain Leaf Home systems at customers' homes, based on service tickets and on-site inspections. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while following safety guidelines.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years in remodeling or construction. Valid driver’s license and a work-ready setup with laptop and smartphone are essential. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers' homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies.
