Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC. seeks a Service Technician to service and maintain Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes using established service tickets. You will perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and basic installations with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires 2–4 years in remodeling or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed. Company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
