Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues, assess viable solutions, and draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace or repair. The role is field-based with minimal supervision and requires extensive experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing and gutters.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience, OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification (will be received upon employment

• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification are required or will be provided upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and requirements beforehand.
• Perform services safely and to company standards.
• Complete services within designated timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Seek continuous improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
