Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for repair or replacement. The role emphasizes field work with minimal supervision, requiring strong experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, roofing and gutters.

Qualifications include a HS diploma and 2-4 years in related work, plus OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator certifications (or ability to obtain). Company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification (will receive upon employment if not currently certified)
• RRP Lead Renovator Certification (Will receive upon employment if not currently certified)

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services at least 1-2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
• Equipment and/or material preparation prior to scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements, and any special instructions beforehand.
• Perform each service efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete assigned services within the designated timeframes, maintaining quality and workmanship.
• Consistently seek ways to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction & provide feedback.
• Ensure timely communication for issues that require further resolution or investigation.
