Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for repair or replacement. This role is field-focused with minimal supervision and requires substantial experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing and gutters.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related experience; OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification are required or will be provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification; will be provided if not current.
Experience in residential construction and field service delivery.

Responsibilities

Diagnose installation issues and assess viable solutions.
Draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace or repair.
Confirm scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
Prepare equipment and materials for appointments.
Ensure work complies with safety protocols and quality standards.
Communicate issues requiring further resolution in a timely manner.
