Responsibilities
- Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
- Prepare equipment and materials prior to scheduled appointments.
- Review customer details, service requirements and any special instructions.
- Perform services efficiently, following company standards and safety protocols.
- Complete assigned services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
- Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction; provide feedback.
- Communicate timely on issues requiring further resolution or investigation.
