Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues, plan fixes, and schedule repairs in the field. You will use your experience in replacement windows and doors, vinyl siding, roofing and gutters to deliver timely, high-quality service with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in residential construction, OSHA 10, and lead renovation certification; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-4 years of related work experience in home remodeling or construction.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification required or to be obtained upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services at least 1-2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials prior to appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements, and instructions.
• Perform services efficiently following safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate issues needing further resolution or investigation promptly.
