Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines to resolve, with extensive field work in replacement windows, doors, vinyl siding, roofing and gutters.

You will work with minimal supervision, apply safety protocols, leverage your construction knowledge, and maintain quality while supporting customer satisfaction. OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator certification are required or provided after employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 2–4 years related work experience required.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification; provided if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials prior to scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements, and special instructions.
• Perform services efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete assigned services within designated timeframes, maintaining quality.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
