Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Boulder, CO is hiring a full-time Home Appliance Service Technician to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances at customer homes. You will travel locally, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a positive service experience while maintaining vehicle readiness and paperwork using B-apps.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of appliance repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of appliance repair experience.
• Organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls daily while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with basic math.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances to ensure first-time resolution within region.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and resolve as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on correct operation of products to maximize proper use.
• Promote solutions such as accessories or service plans; training provided.
• Maintain van stock of parts per stock lists and protect parts from damage.
• Use B-apps for paperwork and documentation.
• Complete each job with care, professionalism, and safety.
